Refund policy
Rejuva Fresh Canada is committed to client satisfaction and provides a 30-day Return Window and a 7-Day Equipment Quality Guarantee for our valued Canadian customers. After 7 days, standard Warranty terms apply.
7-Day Equipment Quality Guarantee (Logistics Damage Insurance)
Buyers may request a free replacement if the product arrives defective, broken, or if they received the wrong item within 7 days of delivery. To avail of this guarantee, customers must report the issue and submit a video demonstrating the defect or quality issue.
In addition to the video demonstrating the defect or quality issues, a video of the courier handover of the package and a complete initial unboxing video must also be submitted.
Buyers must also then meet with our technical support representative by Zoom, to assess the condition of the equipment received (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST).
Please note that the Product Quality Guarantee does not cover physical or accidental damage resulting from misuse of the product, or dropping or dragging the product, nor does it cover dissatisfaction with the product’s performance.
Qualifying buyers will receive a free replacement at no cost.
30-Day Return Window (Change of Mind)
Customers who change their mind about the purchase may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- A video must have been taken when the courier delivered the package, and it was signed for, and this video must be submitted at the time the buyer requests the return.
- Buyer cannot keep the machine and get a refund. The buyer must have successfully returned the product first.
- The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and for paying for return shipping expenses.
- The buyer must return the package to the address specified in writing by email after the return request is approved. Should the buyer return the package to a different address (such as the address of the sender or any other address) or doesn’t provide any valid shipping label as evidence, the buyer is not entitled to any refund.
- Package must be unopened and unpacked, sealed, in the original packaging, and must be completely new and unused in any way.
- Machines for which Rejuva Fresh School training has been completed are strictly non-returnable.
- A 5-10 minute Zoom video call with our representative must be completed to demonstrate the condition of the package.
- The return must be initiated by the customer within the specified 30 day period.
- If the buyer’s return request is accepted, prior to receiving the return address, the buyer must pay the 20% return fee by bank wire transfer.
- All gifted or complimentary items must be returned together with the main unit. Shopify Payments transaction fees and PayPal transaction fees are not refundable.
- If we need to pay customs fees to receive your package, these will be deducted from the refund.
- Upon fulfilling the criteria, a refund or exchange will be issued within 15 business days after the item is received, depending on the buyer’s preference.
- If the package is tracked as delivered with proof of delivery available, and the buyer claims to not have received the package, it’s the responsibility of the buyer to contact both courier and Rejuva Fresh Canada and wait for an investigation to be completed. It’s also the responsibility of the buyer to accept the outcome of the investigation. Under no circumstances will an automatic refund be given to customers claiming to not have received a package when there is valid proof of delivery and no investigation has been made.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled if more than an hour has elapsed since placement, as Rejuva Fresh Canada processes orders promptly for quick delivery. For cancellations or edits within this timeframe, customers must contact hello@rejuvafresh.ca, as soon as possible. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund minus transaction fees levied by Shopify Payments or PayPal, depending on the payment method used.
Refused Packages
Refused packages are eligible for a refund minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees once they have been returned to Rejuva Fresh Canada, and the receiving warehouse has confirmed receipt of the product. If an order is refused by customs authorities and cannot be delivered, the customer may request a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost. It is required that buyers ensure someone is available to sign for their delivery if required, as many packages require a signature.
Credit Card Fraud Disclaimer
Please be informed that Rejuva Fresh Canada does not bear any responsibility for identifying or detecting fraudulent credit card activities. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to monitor and safeguard their card against any unauthorized usage. Rejuva Fresh Canada will not be liable for any loss, damages, or penalties suffered as a result of fraudulent credit card transactions. We advise all customers to maintain strict control over their credit card information and report any suspicious activities to their respective card issuing institution immediately.
